What this covers

This policy describes what HASP Labs collects on hasplabs.com and its subdomains, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Inquiry form: your name, email, and what you type. Used to reply to you and prepare a quote or a call. The form sends an email to us and a copy to you through Resend, our email delivery provider; nothing is stored in a database on this site. We keep the email thread for as long as the conversation or project lasts. Deleted on request.
• Analytics: if enabled, we use Plausible to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not collect personal data that identifies you.
• Preview sites: private previews for clients may require a sign-in by email code and store the feedback a client leaves there, so we can act on it. The public sample sites store nothing about you.
• Email: if you email us, we keep the thread for as long as the project relationship lasts and a reasonable period afterwards.
• Server logs: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps short-lived request logs (including IP addresses) to run and protect the service. The inquiry form also uses your IP address, briefly, to limit spam.

What we don't do

We don't sell data, run advertising trackers, or share your details with anyone except the services needed to run the site: Cloudflare (hosting and DNS), Resend (email delivery), Proton (our mailbox), Plausible (analytics, if enabled), and Stripe (payments, only once you become a client).

Cookies

hasplabs.com sets no cookies for tracking. Your theme preference (light or dark) is kept in your browser's local storage and never leaves it. Private client previews may set a session cookie to keep you signed in. No banner is shown because none is required for this use.
