What we build, and what it costs
Every build has a fixed price agreed before work starts, a private preview link you can check on your phone, and 30 days of post-launch fixes. One person in Tennessee does the work and answers the email.
The preview lets you leave comments on the page itself, so feedback does not need a meeting.

Websites that bring in work
For local businesses, professional practices, consultants, and anyone who needs to be found and trusted online.
Website
About a week once your content is in; small sites can launch the same week
- Five pages at the starting price, designed and built on a small design system
- Extra pages $150 each
- One form (contact, quote request or booking request)
- Search-engine basics, analytics, accessibility check
- Two revision rounds
Workflow add-on
A few days, alongside a website build
- One bounded feature: a quote calculator, intake logic, booking, or a three-screen client portal
- Scoped in writing before work starts
Every website includes fast load, accessibility to WCAG 2.2 AA, editable content, SSL, backups at launch, a handover guide, and 30 days of post-launch fixes.
Search-engine basics, included: every website is built so Google can find and understand it. That means a page title and description written for each page, one clear heading structure, fast load times on phones, image descriptions, a sitemap and robots file, structured data that tells search engines your business name, services and area, Google Search Console and analytics connected and handed to you, and, for local businesses, a Google Business Profile set up or tidied to match the site. It is the groundwork that makes a site eligible to rank; it is not a ranking guarantee, and ongoing content, link building and advertising are separate services.
What moves the price: more than five pages ($150 each), a Workflow add-on, third-party integrations (scheduling, CRM, email list, payments), content we must produce rather than receive, and migrating content from an existing site. Each is named and priced in your fixed quote.
Software that fits how you work
For when spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools have run out: client portals, booking and scheduling, quoting and ordering, internal dashboards. Every web app starts with a Discovery Sprint.
Discovery Sprint
2–3 business days
- A two-hour workshop and a clickable prototype on a private preview link
- A written scope and a fixed quote for the build
- Every web app starts here
Web App MVP
2–4 weeks after the sprint
- Sign-in, database, one to three workflows, an admin view
- Payments via your own Stripe account where needed
- Deployed on a modern, portable stack (Next.js, Vercel, Supabase)
- Fixed scope document; each milestone visible on your private preview link
Every web app includes a portable, well-supported stack with no lock-in to HASP Labs, tested core flows, documentation, a security review, and a plan for data backup and export.
On your customers' phones
For businesses that want a companion app for booking, loyalty, or account access. iOS apps are quoted after a Discovery Sprint and scheduled after the web app they belong to has shipped. Apple decides what it approves and when; we prepare the submission with you.
iOS app
3–6 weeks after the web app it belongs to, plus Apple enrolment and review time
- A companion app for an existing HASP Labs web app, built with Expo
- TestFlight builds you can install during the build
- Submitted to the App Store with you, under your own Apple Developer account (Apple charges its own fee, paid by you)
- Source code is yours
Hosting and care from $59/month
Optional monthly plans for anything HASP Labs builds, with support from the person who built it. 3-month minimum after launch, then month to month with 30 days' notice; you keep everything.
| Feature | Hosting only | Essentials | Growth | App Care |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Per month | $59 | $149 | $299 | $599 |
| Good for | Static sites that rarely change | Most websites | Sites that change often or have a workflow | Every custom web app |
| Requests included | None included | 2 a month | 6 a month | 10 a month |
| First response target | 2 business days | 2 business days | 1 business day | 4 business hours |
| Site-down acknowledgement | Same business day | 4 business hours | 4 business hours | 2 business hours |
| Updates and backups | Quarterly | Monthly | Monthly | Monthly |
| Small content changes | No | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Domain management | No | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Ask | Ask about Hosting only | Ask about Essentials | Ask about Growth | Ask about App Care |
Every plan includes hosting, SSL, monitoring with alerts, regular updates and backups, and a monthly summary. Extra requests are $75 each, agreed by email first. Support is Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 (US, founder-local), email first; response targets are targets, not guarantees. Pay a year up front and you pay for ten months.
What counts as a request
A request is one bounded content, visual, or configuration change within your existing pages or components (new text, an image swap, updated prices or hours, a team member, a blog post, a form field, a redirect, a tracking tag), delivered in one review pass. Requests do not roll over. New pages, new sections, design changes, new integrations, and new form logic are quoted separately or handled as a Workflow add-on. Maintenance never counts against your requests.
Compared with the alternatives
Most people arrive comparing a marketplace freelancer, a website builder and a local agency. Here is how the options differ on the things that matter.
| Question | Marketplace freelancer | Website builder | Local agency | HASP Labs |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Price | $400–3,500, plus a marketplace fee | $10–50 a month, plus your own time | $3,000–10,000 | From $1,950, fixed in writing; most projects $1,950–3,500 |
| Time to launch | 1–4 weeks | Minutes to a first draft; weeks of your own time to finish | 4–8 weeks | About a week once content is in |
| Who does the work | A seller chosen from a listing | You | A team, usually behind an account manager | One person in Tennessee, start to finish |
| See it before you pay | Usually at delivery, as files | You are building it | Staged reviews on the agency schedule | A private link on your phone from the first a few days, before the second payment |
| Hosting | Not included; you find and pay a host and set it up yourself, or order it as an extra | On the platform, in their account; the site cannot move elsewhere | On the agency’s hosting or a reseller plan, often marked up and tied to the retainer | Included in every care plan on a global edge network with SSL, backups and monitoring; set up in your name so it moves with you |
| Support after launch | Not included; a new order each time | The platform help desk | A separate retainer | Hosting and care from $59 a month, from the person who built it |
| Ownership | Rights usually transfer when the order closes; source files are often extra | A platform account; export is limited | Usually yours; check who holds the domain | Code, content and domain in your name from launch |
Ranges are typical published prices read in October 2026, not quotes from any one provider.
How payment works
Deposits, milestones and invoices in plain terms. Rush rates, restarts, extra requests and export packages are on one page: terms and policies.
- DepositsWebsite 50% to start, 50% at launch approval. Web App MVP 25% at each of four milestones. Discovery Sprint $500 at the start, $500 credited to the build if you sign within 30 days.
- InvoicesDue in 14 days. Cards and bank transfer through Stripe. Care plans bill monthly in advance; a year up front is ten months for twelve.
- Migrations and domainsContent migration from an existing site is quoted in your fixed quote. Moving an existing site as-is is quoted from $350. You are always the registrant of your own domain.
- What moves the priceMore pages or screens, integrations, custom illustration or photography, content production, and anything with ongoing third-party fees, which pass through at cost and are named up front.
