The practical details

Short answers to the things people ask before they start. The terms have the rest.

  • What we need from youDecisions within a few days, content or permission to draft it, and honest feedback on the preview.
  • If we don't hear backAfter ten business days, the current version counts as approved so the schedule holds.
  • Previews are privatePreview links are unlisted and blocked from search engines. They use sample data; nothing real is connected until launch.
  • Capacitytwo or three active builds at a time, so each gets attention. Start dates are set in the scope.
